Hmm! I wonder if this procedure is covered by insurance. I would be willing to try it out as a pain management procedure. I get terrible migraines. And have pain in one area that always drives me nuts. Wonder if it would help those with Fibro? Happy Thanksgiving Pat!

Hmm! That is a tough question! I know when my lupus was in remission one time and was not having to take meds for it, I was considered not having lupus anymore by one doctor. Yet all these recent doctors at Duke told me that I had lupus all along. Doctor told me once you have Lupus you always have Lupus. I guess this would be the same for GBS. Since you have residuals then the disease as far as the worst part is gone but you still get residuals. So that means you still have an Auto Immune Disorder. When having surgeries, you have to tell the doctor’s and nurses your past history and diseases. Meaning you have to tell them you had GBS. So some things with GBS might cause residuals to act up! That is what I would assume! Just like Cancer! Once a person has cancer which is also a disease but too an Auto Immune disorder. A person can get cancer free but has to constantly be checked to make sure they stay cancer free. Some people end up getting cancer again!
Very interesting subject! Happy Thanksgiving! Hugs

Hmm! I wonder if the Hepatitis B Vaccine has had problems like me? I had that Vaccine and then had problems after that Vaccine. I’m hearing alot about the Flu Vaccine but not much at all about the Hepatitis one! In fact I wonder about all the vaccines!
Would be nice finding a statistics on how many had reactions to each kind of vaccine! Doubt we will ever find the truth~

Thanks Kristen! When I see this lab report from 1999 and see it on the lower end I begin to wonder if I might have been on the verge of trying to go into hyper. Found a lab also in 1998 a year before and that TSH read 2.05 so I may have been on a close borderline level then but was within normal limits. Hmmm! Very interesting. Now I will be able to see my results now. But will be looking at the Hypo end instead of Hyper. Thank-you!

Everybody is talking about shoes and looks! Your not the only one. I wear comfie now instead of dressing up. Can’t wear panty hose and stumble like I am drunk also. And beginning to wonder if I will be able to wear shoes. Put my shoes on today for two hours and had to rip them off my feet! And I never was this way before years ago. But can’t stand the feeling it gives me on my feet!
I still can walk but not long distances and when I have to walk long distances I have to use a wheelchair! I know the feeling of wishing to be feminine again! Kind of hard to do when you are sick!
