Hair Loss

In had GBS in 2007. I lost all my hair appx one year ago. I had every test done to try and figure out what was going on and all tests where normal. Do you think its possible that my hair loss could be from my GBS? it was so long ago I wouldn’t think so but I just don’t know. I am so confused
