CIDP treatment in Utah

I have a friend with CIDP who is rapidly becoming unable to work; only works part-time now. She is planning to retire at 591/2, when she can access her 401 K without penalty. She plans to move to Utah, where she went to school and has friends, currently she is working and living in Hong Kong. Does anyone know of any good CIDP doctors or hospitals in Utah? Or really any info that would be helpful, such as state SSD requirements, or lawyers who can help with that process? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
