Although I suffer from GBS my prayer request goes out to all who suffer from GBS/Cidp and all other of these diseases that we can’t find a solid answer to. I pray to God to bless and keep you all in his care.

My heart goes out to Stacey & her family, I have followed her posts closely & she needs all of our prayers. Pray not only for her husband, but also for her, as we all know what stress does to people with CIDP. I know I certainly will…

Stacey’s husband has been in my prayers, as well as Stacey herself because we know what this is doing to her. I wish it was possible for some of us to be there with her so she has friends to lean on. Stacey, just close your eyes, breath deep, rest and feel the hugs we send you.
Here is a prayer candle burning.

Hello Ladyhawk,
I am one of the old timers and I go back to our old forum. Remember that you’re not alone, you have family here. If you need a friend to talk to, just click on my user name and here I am. I can tuck another person under my wing.

Many of us understand grief. My mother died about two years and I still feel such guilt and remorse because I don’t know if she understood how much I loved her.

Take the pain meds that you need and don’t listen to what others think. Here on the forum we feel what you feel and we understand.

From my heart,

Hi family,
Please pray that the closing on my house will take place. It’s as sure as it can be and is supposed to take place any day now. I need that house to sell so that I have my financial security.

I am going to be moving to another apartment that just became available and was renovated to meet the needs of a person in wheelchair and that’s supposed to take place on March 30th. It’s not far and it’s still in the same senior community I’m living in. I didn’t expect another move to happen this soon and I am really stressing out trying to get packed again. I finally got myself settled in current apartment and now I’m moving again.

Sherry,
I BELIEVE IN ANGEL! I really had two come into my life during my time of need. When you’re feeling better, come to Florida and visit me.

Sherry,
How could I forget my roomy when she needs support from her friends. What a horrible accident for your family to have to deal with. Our prayers are with your family. You have many shoulders here to lean on. Time will help us to heal, but sometimes with many scars.

My sister in law delivered at 32 weeks. Lauren was born early with the doctors being very positive based on my SIL being past the 28 wk mark. Lauren developed a blood infection that she wasn’t able to fight. She lived a short 20 some hours. She will be loved forever. Her sisters (2 and 4) now believe she became a butterfly and comes to visit them often. I pray for Beth (my SIL) and her family and love them dearly. Nothing I have experienced with my son’s diagnosis of GBS I know can come close to her pain. It makes me realize how lucky I am to now have a healthy boy who just happens to be a GBS survivor.

Lee,
I am one who firmly believes in the power of prayer. I can’t believe how many of my prayers have been answered, it’s actually kind of scary. But tonight I will definitely say a prayer for your wife Colleen & also my cousin Terry who is 42 & just dx with breast cancer as well. I will pray that all goes well for the both of them. Stay strong for your wife; she sounds like a very special person…
Blessings, Pam

Suzanne,
I understand you can love a pet as though it was your beloved child, my CODY and STANLEY were my babies. Your Chloe is in heaven now, no more pain. She’s not alone, there are many of our “pet angels” to watch over her. I do truely believe that our pets go to heaven and will run across the RAINBOW BRIDGE when they see us coming. Just listen quietly for Chloe’s purrs now.
From my heart,
Liz

Hello Suzanne,
I am one person who will pray for a beloved pet. My namesakes here, CODY and STANLEY, were my dogs, my “babies”. I grew up with cats, dogs, chickens, ducks, parakeets, guinea pigs, a horse, etc. If your kitty does not make it, at least she will go with the feel of a loving hand. I believe that our pets wait for us in heaven.
From my heart,
Liz

Hi Vicki,
I sent you a PM, hope you see it. I understand the grief of losing someone to congestive heart failure, that’s how my dad died. My mom would understand your mom’s grief.

Hello,
Marc (racer) may very well need our prayers. I saw the post from Marc’s daughter in Ali’s thread.

Does anyone know exactly what happened and what is wrong??? Marc is one of our strong forces.

Hi,
Please say a prayer for my lifelong friends brother. He’s been diagnosed with leukemia. My friends father died from prostrate cancer and her sister died from breast cancer.
