Every time one of us gets some rights or compensation for the damage done to us, I raise my glass of Welch’s… and then drop it if I’m not really careful.

congrats

You must have written quite an essay, what a wonderful Valentine’s gift after all. Never been to Niagra Falls, looks like a neat place to visit…

I had no way to buy a card for hubby of 35 years, although I know when we were buying birthday cards for our children yesterday he snuck & bought one. Might suggest we go out to eat,, maybe tomorrow though, as Sunday everywhere will be too busy. We have a really candy store here in town that makes all of their own candy, he always used to buy me the HUGE box of varied chocolates, & the small ones for our children. I would eat that in 2-3 days, but I was skinny then so it didn’t matter. Now, since CIDP, steroids & immobility, I don’t get the chocolates anymore ):

congrats!

Linda wonderful news from you. It’s so encouraging and heart lifting to hear others success. I hope and pray the improvement continues.

I sure can relate to your issues with sugar. Sugar is my enemy. It’s hard for some , including me once in a while, to understand that I really don’t do well with “just a little desert”. I always pay for giving in to peer or self pressure.
It good when we feel well enough to notice what makes a difference and can make the necessary lifestyle changes to feel well.

Enjoy!

Congrats!
