Not sure if this was posted here or not in the past, but Willam “The Fridge” Perry came down with GBS a number of months ago, and there was a snippet about it in our local paper.

Former Chicago Bears defensive lineman William (Refrigerator) Perry, 45, is suffering from
Guillain-Barré syndrome, which affects the peripheral nervous system and causes progressive weakness.
He was hospitalized for five months and is using a wheelchair as he rehabilitates.
Perry told the Chicago Tribune that he is doing better and walking a little bit.

I read about him yesterday online. I hate to know that anyone else has this. I wish him the best and a good recovery.
