What pain medicine works for you?

Not only do I have CIDP, I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease first. The pain I feel is from both diseases. Lyme disease caused herniated disks in my neck and Lumbar.
I am taking 2700 mg of Gabapentin, 90 mg of Cymbalta, and Opana that does nothing for the pain. I took a 12 mg if Roxycotin and the pain subsided enough for me to relax.
