UK national guidelines for pain meds

      Hi there, I know there’s been many posts on pain meds for GBS about what works etc, but as a newbie searching them all is a bit of a pain in the ass. So after some googling I found these guidelines published by NICE (the watchdog for the NHS in the UK) on the pain meds that should be prescribed.

      I have no idea how the health system works in the States, but this might provide newly diagnosed with info and ammo for getting the right drugs. So at a glance it suggests Amitryptiline as first line and maybe Pregabalin and kinda sidelines Gabapentin altogether. The guidlelines are dated 2010 so fully up to date.
