Hello everyone. I want to share a miracle work out for mainly POTS and CIDP also. It’s called “Tub Therapy”
45 min 8,000 moves lying flat,on side and stomach in warm tub. It is a cognitive, isometric, muscle strengthening work out.really is a miracle. Its a bit hard to explain the moves with out seeing them but I could try to explain if anyone is interested.
