"Cooling Vests"/items to cool ya bod

My neuro was adamant last visit I get a “Cooling Vest” and “Chillow” (pillow) for the upcoming summer heat wave. He wrote me prescriptions to hopefully have my medical insurance pay for them.So I called the local MS chapter and was sent a list of companies to contact/google for cooling garments. The items would help keep my body temperature from getting too hot and making me sicker.

Questions you may want to ask when considering a product-
(cooling vest, wrist, head, and neck bands,bed quilts, etc.)
1. How long will garment keep me cool?
2. What is the weight of the garment?
3. Will the garment suit your fashion?
4. Will I need to purchase extra cool packs to maximize the use of the garment?
