Pain when you press/hit a nerve

ever since becoming sick anytime i apply pressure (weather it’s accidently hitting my limbs, or if i simply cross my legs), I get incredible nerve pain/zinging/burning from that point outward to the extremity.. it’s awful! seems to be getting worse.. no longer able to cross my legs without horrible pain from the knee all the way to the foot.. curious if anyone else had this thanks!
