looking for support groups

      I was just wondering if anyone knows of any suport groups in the northern california area.
      I had GBS in 1993 but i still have pain in my limbs and I also have permanent nerve damage with facial paralysis. As I get older the paralysis is getting more noticeable and I am becoming much more self concious of people staring at me and wondering what happened. I have a lot of anxiety about it and its interfering in the way I interact with people.
      I was also wondering if anyone knows of a recronstructive surgeon that specializes in this kind of thing.
