How long did it take for your results to come back?

I had my nerve biopsy on 11/24/09.. and I called pathology asking if the results were in.. and they said no.
I asked how long those typically take.. they said 7-10 days.
Well, its been longer than that now. They then said my sural nerve was sent out to Hannepin county (Minneapolis MN), as they aren’t performed locally.
… Mmmmkkay…
It takes a whole 2 hours to drive over there.
So whats the hold-up?So I thought I’d ask.. how long did it take for you all’s?
We had a heck of a snow storm, so I’m not expecting anything within the next day.

If I remember correctly my results took a couple of weeks to get back. We had to drive a few hours for our appointment so we had to schedule it after they got the results so we had to wait a little longer for an appoint too before we got the results. Good Luck!!!

Mine also took a couple of weeks.

I had mine done at a major university research hospital. I had a 3 hour ride home after the surgery. the Dr.s calls were on the phone when I got back.
I am sorry you are waiting. Not knowing is way harder.

The results are finally in.. I just have to wait for the people in my city to review them and call me back.
Crosses fingers, toes, and prays with everything in me that something good comes from this.
I was unfortunatly one of the people that got pain from the nerve biopsy.
Starting day 11.. Its livable, but numbness to pain is not a fair trade.
