Good news for us too!

      Just wanted to share with everyone that we bought a house! We’ve been looking for about 6 months now & this will be the 3rd one that we’ve tried to buy. The 1st house failed inspection because of mold in the attic. The 2nd house we were outbid on but recently found out that the pipes burst & it needs to be completely re-plumbed. And now we have this one. The inspection is Thursday so we’re keeping everything crossed that it passes.

      It’s a 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath with an attached garage. It has cathedral ceilings in the living room & kitchen. The yard is a good size – not too big & not too small. It cost ALOT more than we wanted to spend but we think it’s a good investment.

      Oh and I took Emily to the park yesterday & she went across 4 monkey bars ALL by herself! She could only hang there before & now she’s going across them. She also started swimming under water & jumping into the deep end without hesitation. We took her to the fair last weekend & her new favorite ride is the Pirate Ship. She actually was upset that it didn’t go higher! Crazy kid!

      I hope that everyone else is having a great summer too!

      Great news Kelly!

      Things are finally looking up for you! I bet Emily is so excited about a new house, friends, school and park.

      The monkey bars news is even greater. Maybe we will try that with Kevin and use it as a measuring tool.

      That is really great news. I’m holding thumbs for the inspection coming up, let us know how that goes. I know you are going to be so happy to get shot of the apartment with all the unpleasant memories (stealing of IVIg, mold, unsympathetic managers, only to mention the ones I remember). Keep us updated on the inspection.

      Kelly, That is Great News on both fronts! Give Emily Big Hugs from Auntie C for accomplishing such daring feats. Soon she will be crossing those monkey bars as fast as spiderman scales buildings:D My fingers are crossed for you all on your new house, if it passes inspection it was meant to be. You guys will be soo happy in your own home. Huge Hugs to Everyone!:)
