GBS Expert needed in NJ/NY

      Hi everyone:

      My brother who is 55 years was diagnosed with GBS about a year ago and still receives IVIG therapy but with diminishing results. We need a good neurologist who cares and has GBS expertise in the new jersey or new york area. Also, has anyone heard or used Rituximab or Cyclophosphamide as an off label treatment for GBS?

      I was just treated last month at University of Pennsylvania hospital, for GBS. Philly is right across the bridge for me, so It was a easy choice! The care I received was first rate. Good luck with your brother.
