Does anyone know how long Solumedrol stays in body

The dr. and I were talking at the last treatment. We were talking about how long Solumedrol stays in the system. When I looked on the net, the only information I could get was how long it stayed in the body if a jock wanted to take it to gain muscle and it not show up on a blood test.
Say the Solumedrol is working for the CIDP patient. If they receive 200 mg each 10 days, how long is it going to keep them up????
I hope I’ve phrased this correctly so you will understand my question. I don’t think the doctor knows.

The half-life is 18 -36 hours, but that is not the same thing as how long the effect is once it becomes bio-active in the blood/tissues. Is this what you are asking? Here’s something relating to pregnancy & solumedrol- mabe this will give you an idea.(or mabe not)
