Difficulty breathing

      I have had CIDP for over 35 years. A new symptom is difficulty breathing when I lie down to sleep. Could that be CIDP?

      It’s better to ask your doctor about it. There could be several causes and you should not fixate on any one possible cause.

      I have difficulty breathing too sometimes. mostly when its cold outside but I have an appointment to talk to my doctor next week to talk about my recovery and such. I can ask him if it is common with GBS/CIDP

      My CIDP made me short of breath upon exertion. Has gotten better. But I’m still winded more easily than I was before I got sick.
