Article on how IVIG works

      I was reading an article on ”Science Daily.com” about how researchers at Rockefeller’s Laboratory of Molecular Genetics and Immunology on why IgG causes these diseases in our bodies and yet IVIG (IgG) works well in ”Inflammatory Central Neurological” diseases and they discovered a sugar molecule ”Sialic Acid” in the IVIG is what helps in this. So they said this should lead to better drugs for these diseases in the future.

      Maybe someone can post the article and/or link so others can read and theres more than just what i said but thats the jest of it …

      i found the article. fascinating. i just had an ivig treatment two days ago. i’m suffering some side effects from it and couldn’t sleep so i’m up reading the posts.

      Great article..thanks. I just went through IVIG last week and trying to get over another occurrence of my CIDP condition.
