Things are looking up. My SIL left at 7 this morning to go back to Houston. Its so quiet I can finally have clear thoughts again without my brain getting rattled constantly. My MIL is on antibiotic IV and seems to be getting better. I am still feeling OK. Carol just left for the hospital after sweeping off all the dirt the boys brought in from outside. Everywhere I went my wheelchair would make a crunching sound 😮
We got a WII Sports from my stepson for x-mas. He was mainly thinking of me needing some exercise sitting in my wheelchair all day. Its been used in retirement homes, physical rehab etc. Can’t wait to get back home so I can hook it all up to the TV. It has a motion sensor and a control hooked up to the hand. In order to bowl, play golf , baseball or box you have to make the actual movement with your arm to make the avatar on the screen move the same way. Sounds pretty cool. Of couse, there are hundreds of Nintendo games on the market to choose from.

i was wondering how folks like us would fair on the wii fit. the balance looks like it would be very challeging. i do have the wii system and use it for bowling and throwing darts and of course guitar hero. even though i can’t fair well on guitar hero it is fun for me and i am getting some movement out of both arms.
