I see this is from 2022. Did you receive the treatment. Was it msc or hsct? I have received msc injections (no chemotherapy to destroy the immune system) in the US last year. This used my own stem cells with meaningful, but not remarkable success. About seven months later, I received two injections of the new cidp drug vyvgart. Within 36 hours of each shot my peripheral nerves were hammered. I took the second injection hoping the response was coincidental, but the second round left me even worse. My doctor and I agreed to stop at that point. I’m sure vyvgart helps many people, but it was a disaster for me. I recovered to a great extent and was better than I had been before the stem cell injections, but lost some of those gains. Based on the positive results with my own stem cells, I went to Mexico in February for msc injections using umbilical cord stem cells and exosomes. Four months in, I have experienced substantial improvements. My foot drop is recovered to the level that I am beginning to run without my afo. I get a little bit better everyday. This treatment is already more productive than my total improvement from the US based treatment. Msc injections are the only treatment that has helped me so far. I’ll update this as I continue to progress. I wish I had received a suggestion to go to Mexico for treatment when I was diagnosed 16 years ago.
