Well Tuesday it had been 4 mnths since Debbie passed away, I hadn’t heard anything about what caused her death. Tuesday night my mom was at the funeral home, that took care of Debs arrangements. We had a distant relative to pass away that was 95, mom was talking to one of the people that work there. He told her they had all the paperwork back, so they could submit it to the state & get her death certificate. He said they didn’t find out what caused her death, this is very hard for me to believe. There was an autopsy ran & they ran lab tests & toxocology tests, this had been going on for almost 4 months. Then I find out they still don’t know what happened, this I don’t understand. I just want to know if anyone else has ever encountered this. I’m still full of grief & have days that are very upsetting to me, I just try & deal with it.

It would be nice to have clear information, but it just doesn’t always happen and as you know, would not change any outcome. I understand your emotions with this… it is soooo hard to let go.

      Sending you a big HUG!!!

I can’t offer you much, except to tell you to insist on requesting what information is available.

Please, feel free to PM me if you need to talk. I’ve lost many family members, and can offer support if nothing else.

I just asked my daughter who is visiting this weekend. She is an ER doc in Denver. She said there are cases when they simply don’t know what exactly caused a death, especially if there are multiple conditions coming together. Sometimes they never find out.

I can understand how difficult it must be for you not knowing.
