New member w/ family member in trouble!

You guys might want to go down to the Family & Caregivers section of the board. There’s a new member there whose son is in serious trouble. Her thread is called “Progression of GBS.”

He was positively dx with GBS via lp two weeks into symptom onset, monitored in the hospital for only three days, then sent home with ZERO treatment or care. Since then, he’s continued to get worse. Sounds like utterly incompetent doctors, and the mom is obviously worried.

Since a lot of people probably don’t check that part of the board very often, I thought I’d mention it here so that you’d know to go check it out and contribute some additional advice.
