looking for new neurologist that take BCBS

      I am almost on month 8 with GBS/CIDP and I have had NO IVIG/PE or any other treatment for it. I am at wits in with my neurologists here and I am currently looking at Mayo Clinic in Florida or Johns Hopkins. I don’t know if either of those take Blue Cross Blue Shield, anyone know?

      BCBS has dozens, if not hundreds, of different plans. Not all doctors and hospitals participate with all plans. Call each place you want to go and ask them. Make sure to give your specific BCBS Plan identification name.

      And then, look up the covered providers in your exact plan. If you do not have internet access to your plan call the customer service phone number on the back of your BCBS plan card.
