Getting Back to Work

I was hospitalized and diagnosed with AMSAN at the end of September 2019. I have recovered well by all accounts despite various complications. My short-term disability benefits will end and I need to return to work to keep benefits and to maintain the role I was in, as well as to keep up with bills and provide for my family. Unfortunately, we are in the midst of a pandemic and the idea of returning to public life is concerning. This dilemma is most likely not unique to me. In what ways have people been able to navigate maintaining economic demands and managing or mitigating health risks?
