"Error establishing a database connection"

I’m getting this error message on a regular basis. It doesn’t matter if I’m already signed in or not, and it doesn’t matter what browser I’m using at the time. Its very annoying. Just now I made a post, went to save it, and got the message. Now my entire response is gone and must be recreated. Grrrr …
Anybody else getting this error?
