3 year residual question

i was diagnosed and treated successfully 3 years ago. about 3 days ago i started feeling the sensations again in my forearms and woke up this morning with the same feelings in my calves. My question is should i be concerned, will i need treatment again? i have a little weakness but nothing significant at this point. little worried though.

If CIDP was your diagnosis, it can reoccur periodically. But not all like symptoms are a confirmation it has returned. Various conditions (rheumatoid arthritis, diabetic neuropathy, food poisoning, etc.) can cause symptoms similar to CIDP. I would give it about 3 days to see if it worsens or abates. If worse or same, please see a neurologist so treatment can begin in the first week.
