WOW, it’s 7:18est. and now we have a tornado watch!!!! If I hear a frieght train coming, I’d better wheel myself as fast as I can into my strongest room.
I hope a friend who lives at Barefoot Bay is okay, that’s on the east coast near Melbourne. She’s in a big mobile home park, news said many homes destroyed by tornado, people killed.

Weather…
I had to post, as we have been in the deep freeze now for weeks here in northern MN! This past weekend it was -25 below & the daytime temps never went above zero. With the wind chill it was -60! We only live 100 miles from International Falls, the “icebox of the nation.” The one weekend that it was in the 30s, we had flown to Las Vegas! It has even been too cold to go snowmobiling, now that is cold, even for Minnesota.

Long Island is usually protected and New Jersey gets it all.:D Today a Nor’Easter is blowing, SNOW, ICE now and RAIN. If it gets very cold tonight,
we’re going to have BLACK ICE. The power’s flickered already, ‘puter re-booted itself. I cancelled my PT apointment because if it ices over, too dangerous for me. I’d fall!

My son Nate gets much more pain especially in his hands when its cold.
He gets so cold so easy now so it just makes it worse when the weather is cold.
We will be getting rain later today and tomorrow and he is already talking about his hands and even his arms hurting more right now.
I don’t know exactly what it is from but I know barometric changes hurt my arthritis more when its going to rain.
