I’m the one who has been bitching and whining about the people I love not getting the proper care. I know it doesn’t happen over night, if at all. I’m not naive. But I started writing on this forum so that I could vent. I’m not so sure about that anymore.

But I do know that I’ve never judged others on this forum for venting. No matter how bad off anyone is on this forum or anywhere else in the world for that matter, there’s someone worse off. One of my dad’s favorite sayings is, “everyday above ground is a good day” It’s a morbid thought, but to me it makes sense. As long as your alive you can make things better.

So tell me who Ben is and when he got diagnosed with GB or whatever else. Tell me how it’s been affecting you, emotionally etc. if you want. Tell me how Ben’s been feeling lately. Or don’t tell me anything. This isn’t a homework assignment. I’m here to listen. Tell me whatever you feel comfortable telling me if anything at all.
