Status and Goals

๐Ÿ˜€ Thanks for creating this thread!!! I write this down but keep losing it.


As of Feb 1, 2010

Bench Press: 35lbs x 10 reps (Goal 150lbs)
Military Press: 25lbs x 10 Reps (Goal 75 lbs)
Seated Leg Press: 120lbs x 15 reps (Goal 250lbs)
Reverse Leg Curls: 30lbs X 15 reps (Goal)


2200ft without rest (Short term goal 2 miles)

Long Jump:

Need to wait till my spotter gets home, but it’s not gonna be pretty. ๐Ÿ˜€
