"Wrinkle Book"

I have the “Wrinkle Book”. It is The Perricone Prescription by Nicholas Perricone, M.D. I first heard him on Educational TV. When I saw the book later in the bookstore, I bought it. He says inflammation causes wrinkles and in his book he gives diets to reduce inflammation. He has a three day (jump start) diet. I will list the Shopping List for the diet.

Low-sodium tuna packed in water
cantaloupe
asparagus
broccoli
fresh spinach
romaine lettuce
strawberries
blueberries
raspberries
blackberries
green apples
pears
lemons
olives
raw, unsalted almonds
hazelnuts
macadamia nuts
extravirgin olive oil
spring water
eggs
oatmeal (not instant)
fresh salmon
low-salt turkey or chicken breast
sardines packed in olive oil

I did the diet for three days. I felt a lot better. I still have my wrinkles!!
