Hand cramps
Hi LadyKITUSA,
Just got the thing, No problems so far, I imagine if used extensively for typing, some cramping would occur. most typing is with the index, so my others that are curled back to the palm get tight. I stretch them periodically
one needs tiny fingers to type though. that should keep it short and sweet.
Reading is awesome with a big screeen and you can turn it sideways and the forum format size works well. I am happy so far. It is really like a little computer without needing an internet connection.

Hand cramps…
I also get the cramps in my hands, mostly when I have overused them. I have recently been getting them in the back of my calves, pretty hard to sleep with them. It is like a charly horse almost. I haven’t tried the soap thing (although I see it in Dr. Gott all of the time), but I do take a teaspoon of mustard when I get these cramps, as it seems to help. I am sure it is all related to my CIDP, never had anything like this before.
