Contracted GBS/CDIP Oct 2016. 1st hospital stay (10/24/16) 2 weeks, IVIG treatment released 2nd hospital stay (11/09/16) 3 weeks, Plasma exchange & IVIG released 3rd hospital star (11/25/16) 4-1/2 weeks. IVIG & Rituxan released 3 years home IVIG infusions, titrated down to none. 3-1/2 years no IVIG. Gabepentin & Nortryptalene prescribed for neuro pain etc
