You have none of the symptoms of a demyelinating neuropathy (either GBS or CIDP). In addition, these conditions are diagnosed in part by EMG and your EMG did not show any signs of a peripheral neuropathy. Your single fiber EMG test results were sent from Dr. Barboi. It is normal. This means that there is no evidence of a peripheral nerve, muscle, neuromuscular junction or neuron disorder. In short, I can find no abnormalities on any of the tests we have done that can explain your symptoms.
