      When my daughter was diagnosed with GBS I was so afraid. She was diagnosed in aug. 2006. Things are improving slightly, Caitlyn is always tired and still in pain. She has good days and bad days. Before finding this website i had no idea of the number of other children that was diagnosed with GBS. I finally now have the chance to speak to other people who totally understand what my daughter is dealing Thanks to all of you for listening!!!

      Marla,
      Neurontin works wonders and isn’t an addictive drug.Take care and tell your daughter we’re all pulling for her!

      My daughter was taking Naprosyn but now they recently switched her to Piroxicam. She is limited to certain kinds of pain medications because she has epilepsy and is on Depakote. Thanks for your input and concerns it really means alot to us.
