Sam-E? Homeopathy?

A friend of mine’s doctor recommended Sam-E as treatment for pain and a mood elevator. She said you can buy this over the counter and it is used an an anti-depressant in Europe. Does anyone know anything about this or has anyone used this? Also, has anyone tried homeopathic remedies as treatment? I am just exploring other options.

[FONT=”Microsoft Sans Serif”]i’ve taken sam-e as it is also known to help rebuild myelin. beware though! — it has a tendency to really cause stomach upset! if you choose to try it, maybe you want to take something to protect your stomach…

Charcoal can help with the stomach issues. Before you buy it, let me check on the literature I recvd from Kevs lab results yeter. I remember seeing same and don’t remember if it was good or bad compared to something else. Getting windows put in today, so I might not be able to check later.
