If you followed the instructions to find out you pass word and received and email that told you to go to a URL something like this http://www.gbsfi.com/forums/login.php?☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺,
by now you know it doesn’t work. To make it work copy it your browser and change the “gbsfi.com” part to “gbs-cidp.org” and it will work fine. It should look like
http://www.gbs-cidp.org/forums/login.php?☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺,

Note: the “☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺” will contain an alphanumeric code that will change each time it is used and refers to a particular individual. I hope this helps

Hi Jim,
Thanks for doing that 🙂 I was going to post advice too. Just remember not to click on the link to reset password, it won’t work and don’t copy and paste that link, you have to re-type it in the address bar, the WHOLE thing, including the http:// and to the end. IMPORTANT thing is you have to change the gbsfi.com (which re-directs to home page) to gbs-cidp.org then it works.
