      Dearest Terry,
      I am so sorry for the loss of your mother. I recall that this year has been full of loss, 2 sisters, an aunt, was there more? You have been so brave and so kind to continue helping us here since you lost your Debra. Please know, that we, your family, care and share your sorrow.
