Hello everyone On April 28, my father, a 66-year-old man with pancreatic cancer, underwent surgery to remove his gallbladder. The treatment proceeded smoothly, but two days later, he started to experience fevers that increased in severity from light (99.5) to high (101) to one that was really high (102.1). Since Wednesday, when he had a fever of 102.1, the fevers have been trending downward, but over the past two days, my dad has started to exhibit signs of a severe cold, including runny nose and sneezing in addition to the minor fevers.
