Doctors in Charlottesville Va Area for CIDP

Hi,
I am newly diagnosed with CIDP and now moving from Houston to near Charlottesville, Virginia. Does anyone recommend nearby doctors or medical centers, I am researching if University of Virginia has doctors with experience treating CIDP, but listings are not that detailed. I have started treatment in Houston, but with moving in August I would like to continue treatment with only minor gaps. -

I live in a small town and can’t even hope to find a local doctor experienced in treating CIDP. I went to the neurology department of the University of Florida for my original diagnosys and luckily, a young neurologist trained in that department has set up practise near by. Since there is so little known about CIDP, the main requirement is that your doctor takes interest in your case.
