CIDP and Hashimoto?s Encephalopathy

Hi everyone, 🙂
Searching for “Thyroid peroxidase antibody” and symptoms I found this page:

Does anyone here have Hashimoto’s Encephalopathy, and if so, how does it manifest ????
What struck me most was the combination of a slightly elevated CSF protein and very high TPO antibodies. And also the fact that the patients were treated with a combination of prednisolone and thyroxine.
Could there be a connection that has not been properly researched yet?????

Mason was diagnosed with Hashimoto by the neurologist. We saw the endo dr last week. He did blood work on Mason. He said IVIG causes your levels to be elevated. He ran a different test. He is not 100% it is Hashimoto. He wants blood work every 6 months.
