Twitches and cramps

My husband and I have CIDP we also have the twitches, which his is worse than mine. His is so bad, we are not able to sleep in the same bed. He has had CIDP for four years. I was dignose last month, I also get cramps in my legs, arms and my neck. So is this normal?
