Surprisingly…..

Much to my surprise, I haven’t had any cold or flu symptoms this winter.

Everyone in my family has been sick except me and I haven’t gone out of my way to avoid those who have been sick. My nieces just had strep throat. Go figure.

I don’t know if I’m just incredibly lucky or my lifestyle change has made all the difference (healthy diet, vitamins, and rigorous workout routine).

I just hope it stays that way.
