Still waiting

Well we’re about to walk my application up the food chain. My super-slack disability rep. STILL hasn’t sent info off to my neurologist and my husband has been calling repeatedly. How long do they get to use my application as a coaster before I can go down there and slap someone around? It’s been since the end of July and I’ve heard nothing except “who are you” and “oh I forgot to send that off.” :confused:
