sounds normal to me

Hey Jamie, who does want to go through the pain and have all the people poking, prodding and testing? I think we just get to the point where we can’t stand having the wiggly watermelon tap dancing on the bladder anymore.

Sounds like your totally in the nesting stage. Last time I delivered 2 weeks before my due date. I was so busy doing laundry to pack (thought I was packing in plenty of time:rolleyes: ), sewing up the seat of the car, and talking on the phone, I didn’t even realize I was in labor until I should have been at the hospital (which is 1.25 hours away). My husband ended up packing my clothes — big mistake. I’ll be packing a month in advance this time. When you are fed up with being pregnant I’d definitely skip the motorcylce ride for now and just let your husband’s affection head in that certain direction. 😉 I’m pretty sure that’s what gave my labor a kick start last time — its safer, and your hubby will be happier. But of course, I’m not a doctor, so do what’s right for you.

As for the rest. Why do people think, even family, they can touch YOUR belly? Tell’em “Hands of the baby belly; unless you want to puked on, of course.” Maybe they’ll back off. Good Luck. Foxflower
