Thanks Barbara…. I should have posted a caution about checking with your doctor as part of my post.

All of my doctors are well aware of the supplements that I take. I have a spreadsheet that I maintain with a list of each supplement’s ingredients etc. One of my doctors will not see a patient unless they bring in a printed copy of the list of supplements that they take.
