Is good to know that ALA is helping others.
I wish some more would give a pace and ask their doctors to try it, as we did.
Do not be afraid about urine, it smells like skunk and looks like gasoline when you are 3x600mg but do not damage the kidneys.
My doc told me to started it with 1 pill a day, and move to 2 and 3 pills in days.
