ALA how much?

The ALA treatment is 1800 mg/day.
600 mg is maintenance dosis.
I did what my doc saids and i’m 100% pain free now.
Right now i’m in a trip to USA now, traveling by plane8 hours fligth,
and i’m ok. Four month before, before ALA treatment, I was no able to drive home from work without terrible pains.
