I know that some of you don’t “browse around” to much so thought I’d share this news on a new thread.

Jim C stated that Carolyn came home last Thurs., the 13th. I am so thankful!

Thanks everyone. I stopped by the tavern and posted a few things I learned in my new role as “caregiver”.

Jim,
Good going, live and learn!:D ๐Ÿ˜€
A couple of hints for you .
Take the burner covers off the burners before turning the stove on, they do catch fire!
Don’t wear long loose sleeves and reach over a hot burner, it will catch fire!
Always double check the time set on microwave when heating something.
A cup of coffee set to heat for 4:00 minutes instead of 40 seconds, does make a big splatering mess in microwave!
Don’t leave the kitchen or bathroom while running sink water, it does overflow!
Most important, hold those knives away from your body when cutting, they really do cut you!
Hope my tips help you and look forward to see others give you their good tips.
Good luck to you Jim, hope you survive! ๐Ÿ˜€ ๐Ÿ˜€

Thanks Shirley, but unfortunately I dis coved most of them already. Life is so much fun when you find out that there is so much you didn’t know and there is so much more to learn. Why make the same mistake over again when there are so many new ones to make ๐Ÿ™‚
