Please help me out with this

I developed severe and apparently permanent adverse reactions as a result of Hepatitis B vaccine.
About 4 years ago I was completely healthy and very athletic before this vaccination. Now I have Such as getting joint pain, and a limited range of motion when I lift weights in the gym, only on one side of the body, not in
both shoulders at once, just the left, previously I had no shoulder problems, I used to lift 100KG but
now I get joint pain when I lift 50KG and these started after vaccination. There’s a measurable loss in
stamina before the vaccine to how I am now, I experience breathlessness much earlier when I do
cardiovascular exercise then before I had the vaccine. I have chronic fatigue and it is not improved by
getting rest. I have a dry persistent cough when there’s nothing to bring up.

I have a severe constant pain whenever I’m sitting down, it’s on the upper left side of my abdomen, next to my stomach and behind my left ribs, it’s always in the same place. This place hurts when I’m using my laptop or when I’m watching TV or when I’m sitting on the bus. Sometimes I get sharp stabbing pain on the left side of my stomach. The pain seems to dissapear after I stand up. I suffered the residual effects of all these symptoms for more than 4 years.

Blood tests revealed nothing except inflammation of the liver. What should I do (next)?

Please don’t spam the forum. If you suspect CIDP you should request some of the tests described here:

You may also wish to look into the Vaccine fund:

Thanks Can I apply for Vaccine fund if I’m from the UK? The tests for CIDP is Nerve Conducton Studies and a Lumbar Puncture. I’m scared of Lumbar Puncture, will the NCS be enough?

VICP is for U.S. citizens only. The NC/VS can be enough if results are not marginal. Else, you might have to test for elevated protein too.

Applying for program is difficult unless you have documentation of symptom onset within 4-6 weeks . Recently I was Dx acute CIPD 3 Doctors.
CIDP onset is gradual. I had fallen and broke my wrist . I thought numbness and tingling was pinched nerve. Waited few months symptoms progressive. I didn’t see A Dr until 4 months of onset. Then took additional 4 months of many Doctors and tests to get Dx CIPD. By then I needed full time care . I have all the proof for vaccine program EXCEPT DOCUMENTATION OF ONSET DATE.

I did normal blood tests and they came out fine.

Blood tests won’t show elevated protein, that’s in the spinal fluid.

So I might have to do the Lumbar Puncture if the NCS/EMG comes out normal?

It’s been arranged for me to have an Ultrasound scan to see if it is organ related. If it’s not organ related then I’m gonna ask for a referral to see a Neurologist to see if it is nerve or muscle related problem. Do people with CIDP/GBS have upper left side abdominal pain?

Found this study “Chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia following immunization with the hepatitis B vaccine: another angle of the ‘autoimmune (auto-inflammatory) syndrome induced by adjuvants’ (ASIA).”

Please be aware that CIDP is almost always preceded by GBS. GBS is the triggering disease in the majority of these CIDP cases. GBS itself is often triggered by H1N1 and other “flu shots”. Making this connection is vital in pursuing a complaint against the NCVP.

There is a recent NVCP amendment in the works at the Health Services and Research Administration (HRSA) here:
      http://www.hrsa.gov/advisorycommittees/childhoodvaccines/meetings/20160603/seasonalfluvaccine.pdf

This amendment, if adopted, will give CIDP sufferers more rights to make claims against the NVCP program.

A description of how the NVCP process works and costs ($400 filing fee) is here:
      http://www.hrsa.gov/vaccinecompensation/resources/84521booklet.pdf

The onset date is the date following your Flu shot that you first started feeling GBS symptoms.
