Update on Dad

Dad is home!
He stayed at the hospital for about 7 days, he had the anibiotics for the infection and he did well. He didnt loose too much strength. The Dr. called last night that it will be better to take him home since he hates the food there and wont eat it and will not get any better than he is.
So we brought him home, settled him into bed and he didnt sleep all night! I might have slept 3-4hours last night! he wasnt asking for us like last time he was home, but just restless and he talks in his sleep. Does anyboy have any problem with sleeping at night, he used to take percocet and would ask for it, but I didnt give him any and he hasnt been on it at the hospital.
Another problem is he really thinks he can walk now, he wanted to get on the bed and he didnt position the wheelchair like you should at 45degree agle to the bed, he just brought it straight on and he tried to get up,stand and walk over to the bed, and of course he fell. He didnt hurt himself, but it is more scary now since he thinks he can walk and he cant, he might hurt himself!
therapy came tot he hospital andhe used the walker to stand and took about 3 steps! so this is very good progress, he was diagnosed in June. so this is good!.
i just wish he would let us sleep!
